Funding Societies Hosts Its First Tertiary Marketing Case Competition

Funding Societies First Case Competition

This year, Funding Societies organised our own Tertiary Case Competition for Singapore-based tertiary students. It’s also the first-ever marketing case competition by a Fintech startup!

Students were required to devise a 6-month integrated marketing plan to drive our mission in helping to increase financial inclusion for SMEs in Singapore.

We are humbled to have received over 35 teams participating in this case competition from various tertiary institutions, including Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Management University (SMU) and Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).

The Finals were held this Monday at our venue partner WeWork’s beautiful Suntec Tower office. 6 teams pitched their best proposals and had a great night mingling with the judges and the team from Funding Societies.

The winning team, Alpha Consulting, Jack Chan, Michelle Felicia, Sean Lew, Tan Jia Yi, Linus Tan from the National University of Singapore, blew the judges away with their innovative proposal and won $2,000 in cash!
